Planetary Constellation Practice
The process employs a field-based constellation methodology applied to a temporal framework (past–present–future). This approach draws on systemic constellations, indigenous field practices, and participatory futures methodologies.

The meta-goal of this process is a collective awareness of planetary processes, hidden interconnections, and the healing of contradictions between actors, as well as the healing of energy flows between the past, present, and future.

Technical details: 4 hours, a sufficiently large space on the ground or indoors (for a group of up to 20 people, a minimum of 10x10 meters is sufficient). Online format is also possible, but offline is preferable.
Core Methodological Elements
  • Temporal Field Construction: a facilitated spatial representation of the timeline, integrating past, present, and future domains.

  • Representation of Systemic Forces: participants identify and place representative forces, figures, and dynamics influencing planetary processes across time.

  • Facilitated Interaction: guided observation and interaction allow implicit systemic patterns, tensions, and potentials to emerge.

  • Intergenerational Dialogue: specific facilitation interventions support recognition and restoration of relational continuity between ancestors, present actors, and future generations.

  • Collective Reflection and Integration: structured reflection supports translation of insights into actionable orientations.
Process Program
Entering the Process

An entry practice based on the Ubuntu culture. Each participant names their own name, the names of their ancestors from the maternal and paternal lines whom they wish to mention, the land they come from, and says: “I am here.” The circle responds: “Welcome to the Village.”

Verbal circle about future

A circle about what inspires us and what frightens us about the future. Each participant shares their emotions, thoughts, and dreams about what is happening in the world now and what may unfold in the future. Facilitators note the emerging roles, polarities, figures, and energies.

Creating the constellation field

At the center — “Now.” Toward the geographical East — the future. Toward the geographical West — the past. A logarithmic time scale is added (+1 year, +5 years, +30 years, +100 years, and symmetrically into the past). In the case of an online event, participants create this field in their local physical spaces, while facilitators mirror it on an online board (e.g., Miro or Zoom Whiteboard).

Entry meditation

A meditation to enter a state of contact with the knowing field and with the spaces of past and future, with the Earth and the Sky.

Main process

Participants place into the field the roles, polarities, figures, and energies they sense in the spaces of the present, past, and future and inеract from these positions. In online format this may happen step by step, so that all participants can reflect the shared process in their local fields (using representative objects).

Releasing roles

A mandatory step in the process. Each participant says: "I am not {name of the role(s) they held}, I am {my name}".

Integration circle

  • What do I feel — in my body, in my emotions?
  • What has changed in my awareness of global processes?
  • What has changed in the strategy of my work, work of my organisation and projects?
